Structural crack repair for concrete beams, columns, slabs and walls. Low-viscosity epoxy is injected under pressure, bonding the cracked concrete back together and restoring its strength.
Cementitious Chemical Pressure Grouting
Fills hidden voids in porous and honeycombed concrete through a grid of nozzles. It treats wide damp patches with no visible crack, and is usually followed by a membrane.

Why waterproofing fails so often in Chennai
Chennai is hard on buildings. A roof slab can go from cool at dawn to too hot to touch by afternoon, and that daily swelling and shrinking slowly opens fine cracks. Then the northeast monsoon arrives and drops a large share of the year’s rain in a few weeks, often driven sideways by wind. Near the coast, salt in the air rusts the steel inside the concrete. In low-lying areas like Velachery and Pallikaranai, ground water rises in the rains and pushes against basements and sumps.
Most leaks we are called to have already been “fixed” once, usually with a coat of paint over the damp patch. That never lasts, because the place where the water enters was never found. Damp tends to show up a metre or two away from its source, since water travels along the slab before it drips.

How do I find out where my leak is coming from?
Damp usually appears some distance from where the water enters, because water runs along the slab before it drips. We trace it with a moisture meter and, if needed, a flood or dye test, and show you the entry point before we quote.
Can waterproofing be done during the monsoon?
Injection grouting and most indoor work can be done in any season. Terrace and wall coatings need a dry surface and a dry spell to cure, so we plan them around the forecast or schedule them between January and September.
How long does waterproofing last?
It depends on the system and how well the surface was prepared. A liquid PU membrane, a torch-applied bitumen membrane and a cementitious coating each have a different service life. Your quote states the expected life and the warranty for the option you choose.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes. Every job carries a written warranty, issued once the area passes its water test.
Why are there no prices on your website?
Because the right price depends on what is causing the leak, the state of the surface and the access. We would rather inspect and give you an exact, itemised figure than publish a rate that may not apply to your building.
