- Details of the problem, the type of building, and any photos or videos you send.
- Messages you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- If you hire us: billing details, the site address and the job record.
Information collected automatically
- The page you came from, the pages you visit, your device and browser type, approximate location (city level) and the time of your visit, through Google Analytics 4.
- Whether your enquiry came from a search result, an advertisement or another source, so we know which marketing works.
- Technical data such as IP address, used by our hosting and security providers to keep the site running and block spam.
We do not collect payment card details on this website.

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India. We use providers with recognised security standards. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a job: up to [12 months], then deleted.
- Customer and job records: for the warranty period plus [3 years], and as long as tax law requires for invoices.
- Analytics data: according to the retention setting in Google Analytics, currently [14 months].
