Every WATREX job comes with a written warranty, issued after the treated area passes its water test (if needed/cost will added separately). This page explains what the warranty covers, how long it lasts, and what to do if a problem comes back.
If water comes through an area we treated(if waterproofing only done in a partial area in a terrace will not cover under warranty) during the warranty period, because of a defect in our materials or workmanship, we will inspect it and repair it at no cost to you. The warranty period depends on the system used and is printed on your certificate.
